  Andrew Gillespie-Jones, the Founder of InQS Pacific is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB), Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FClArb) and Member of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (MAIQS, CQS). Andrew holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Project Management from Oxford Brookes University, UK. 

Andrew is known for his professional competence, strengths in communication, ethical business practices and ability to build long-term, trusted relationships. 

Eshan is an experienced Quantity Surveyor with significant international experience covering Australia, Papua New Guinea and the Pacific Islands, Middle East, and South Asia on both the contractor and client side. He has extensive experience in cost planning, contract administration, first-principles estimating, value engineering, and commercial management across a diverse range of projects.

He holds a BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying & Construction Management from Sheffield Hallam University (UK) and a Higher National Diploma in Quantity Surveying & Building Economics.
